Why didn't you defend Chase Merritt the way you should have? Why didn't you put that cell tower expert on the stand when he was right there in the room waiting to go? Were you working with the prosecution to convict an innocent man?

Hired Maline over 2 years ago. This man is a powerful intelligent--driven to win. He's an amazing attorney that absolutely gives more than 100% to his or her case. I highly recommend him as well as his team.
I referred my friend here and RAJ was great! I wouldn’t trust any other defense attorney that goes above and beyond for family or friends!

The worst attorney on the planet. He takes your money, lies to you and then costs you your life. My case was an ease win and he lost how and why did he not share information with me and then he told me it is not part of the case when the courts have stated differently. He just tells you want you want to hear and then after he fails to do his job he totally you are left with the pieces. RUN AWAY do yourself a favor and do not use him.

If you’re looking for a criminal defense attorney, look somewhere else. He’ll put on a good show until you pay him then disappear and not answer his phone calls. This is your life he’s playing with and yet he has no sympathy. There’s a reason Mr. McGee separated himself from Maline. I’m going to the board about Maline. If you want to go to the law board this is Maline lawyer number is 190401. Record your consultations and get copies of everything you signed. Keep track just in case you have to keep it against him. Double check to see if that number is correct before you report him. And as you can see the 5 star reviews are fake.
Would not submit evidence or let witnesses testify on behalf of the defendant. Never prepared for court dates. Doesn't communicate but will take your money. Currently under investigation by the bar. Don't hire him he is as good as a public defender.
