Manatee County Attorney

The County Attorney needs to be recalled. We have submitted a complaint to the Governors office. They are actively working to extort code fees from property owners, while ignoring obviously derelict properties.

I am giving them one star because my rim got cracked on the public road leading from my home to work. And the senior claims adjuster was rude and accused me of getting into an accident to cause a crack to the rim of my tire. I was not reimbursed and when I asked about knowledge of the pothole being fixed since it miraculously got fixed after damages to my rim. She claimed they were working on the road but not on the pothole that caused the damage. Approximately 180 for the repair and 300 for a used rim.What a joke. So much for being a frontline worker. No respect in this county.

What a surprise I come here and everybody else gives you one star also! What do you guys have going on around here? The corruption and ignorance is staggering! Why is assistant county attorney Polk ignoring my records request for almost 60 days? What are you hiding? Who are you hiding and Miss County Attorney D’Augostino you think you can ignore me and get away with it also? You all in Manatee county are going to learn what due process is and why it’s vitally important to follow through with it. for example, when you don’t investigate a situation or the people in it, you don’t actually know who you’re dealing with. And I’m surprised that y’all didn’t learn when you were children that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.! But you’re gonna learn now, aren’t you?
