Seriously, don’t waste your time. Expect to represent yourself and work alone. No communication. No updates. No follow ups. They will not return your calls. They are great at reaching out to collect money though. It was the most frustrating process of my entire life and every court hearing you felt unprepared. No matter how much work I put into it no matter how much evidence I provided, There was no guidance and no game plan. Response to message below.... Thank you for your response. Throughout the time my case was being handled, I often struggled to receive timely communication and consistent follow-up. There were multiple instances where scheduled calls were postponed at the last minute or did not occur, which made it difficult to stay informed about the progress of my matter. Ultimately, I made the decision to retain new counsel due to these ongoing concerns. After doing so, I became aware of important developments in my case that I had not previously been informed about, which was concerning. Regarding the billing matter, I made several attempts to clarify my account status, as my profile did not reflect any outstanding balance at the time. While I understand that technical issues can occur, the process of obtaining accurate billing information was not straightforward. I value professionalism and clear communication, and I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future client experiences.

I had a mixed experience with this law firm while they handled my divorce case. Everyone I interacted with was kind and respectful, and I do believe they are good people who genuinely try to treat clients well. However, there were several issues with communication and case management that made the process more stressful than it needed to be. There were multiple occasions where I sent emails and did not receive responses in a timely manner. Consistent communication is extremely important during a legal process, especially during a divorce, and this was one of the main areas where I felt improvement is needed. On the day of court, my attorney arrived late. To his credit, he was considerate about the situation and did not charge me for his time, which I appreciated. There was also an error in the final divorce decree, where basic information—such as who would be responsible for covering my daughter’s health insurance—was not included. This is a significant detail that should not have been overlooked. Additionally, the paralegal assigned to my case left the firm, and it felt like my case was left without proper continuity for a period of time. Ultimately, due to these issues, I decided it was best to change attorneys to ensure my case was handled with the level of attention and follow-through I needed. Overall, the staff is friendly and the client service attitude is good, but I would encourage the firm to strengthen their communication, organization, and attention to detail. Their billing department is very efficient, and I hope the same level of efficiency can be reflected across all areas of the practice.
