I’ve always liked the treatment from Maples and Jacobs in past years, but my black lung case has been going on for four years. Arbitration on the case was more than two years ago, and still no answer. I may not live long enough to get an answer. Maybe a US Senator or Congressman could get an answer. I have faith in Jack to do whatever is necessary.
Mr. Jacobs and Paisley have been very responsive to all my needs. I have black lung and they helped me reach a settlement with Warrior Met Coal. I recommend Jack and Paisley, they will work hard for you.
My Dad, Roy, experience with the team at Maples, Tucker & Jacobs LLC was nothing short of outstanding. Tom Walker and team handled my Dad’s case with the utmost professionalism and care.
