As a family member of a client represented by Marc Chavez, I’m extremely disappointed in his performance. He failed to request discovery, gave little to no communication with the family, and even misled the judge about staying in contact. Instead of defending the case, he pressured my brother to accept the prosecutor’s offer without reviewing the evidence. In my experience, this attorney did not act in his client’s best interest, and I cannot recommend him to anyone seeking serious legal defense.”

I literally had an aggravated assault charge with a deadly weapon with a theft and a criminal mischief charge and with no evidence and all the proof that I had that I didn’t do it , Within eight months they dismissed and disposed all of those charges and Marc Chavez is the best Attorney, including his crew.
