I used Marc Whitehead and Associates for my disability case. I highly recommend the firm for the following reasons: The staff first and foremost is highly intelligent, incredibly understanding of my ignorance of the system, and incredibly friendly and kind. I asked MANY questions through the process beginning and especially the end. I was always met with a friendly tone and lots of answers to my many questions. Some of the staff I would like to highlight in the handling of my case. Lupe Acevedo, Crystal Perez, Kimberly Warren, and especially Quinn Rayner for all of their kindness and information they shared with me while holding my hand through this difficult process! I would also like to thank my Attorney Erin Svetlik for her helping me to prepare for different steps. She told me exactly what to expect, and answered my questions when needed. Mark Whitehead’s team work hard on my case along with my medical records and his expertise I got my disability case resolved after 14 months. I have heard terrible stories of people waiting for 3 - 5 years before anything happens , this wasn’t the case for me. I was denied the first time but the same day he / his team (Mr. Whitehead) had already appealed it and continued to work for me. While I did have to fill out paperwork the SS department needed and had to see doctors of the SS department’s choosing in all it wasn’t a lot I had to do. I had to reach out to my case manager at Mark’s office a couple of times and while this was going they would assure me that they were handling everything and would update me when the status changed. I understand there is a waiting period but I also felt that they could have updated me more. I would recommend and have recommended him to others so they could get help. I would use him again if ever needed.

I had the best experience with Marc Whitehead Associates. Becoming disabled has been one of the most confusing times in my life but my case workers Yza Ronquillo and Kimberly Warren, made it easier!
