TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I hired her for a U visa certification. At the first appointment, she promised me everything, and then after 4 months, her secretary told me they needed more documents. (Not even Mariela had the professionalism to answer my calls, since I had to call every week because she wouldn't even bother to call me back.) I brought her some documents that a lawyer had prepared for me, and all she did was copy and paste the same information and didn't even realize that the documents I had been given were fake. If she works with those forms, how could she not realize they were fake? -00000000 points
