Super very Knowledgeable and extremely experienced. She took my son's case. My son has a disability 4 diagnosed. I got denied three times with his disability with his social security. She took my case and is helping me . I have so much faith in her.
I was amazed by the work Ms. Schmoyer provided me. The outcome from my disability settlement was everything we discussed in our first conversation I highly recommend her for your legal requirements!

I highly recommend hiring Marjorie she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and helped me win my case. If it wasn't for her and Renee I don't think I would have been successful in my appeal on my own. Every time I had a question regarding my case they always emailed me in a timely manner. When it was time for my hearing in front of the judge it went so well even though I was so nervous but with Marjorie right by my side to reassure me and help me through the process I won my appeal. Thank you!

The SSD process is confusing and grulling. They we're always available for any questions I had about process and how to work with Drs regarding my case. Never was my email or phone call ever ignored, I always got a reply.....I feel my case was handled professionally, compassionately and never did I feel like I was just a case...I was always treated respectfully.
My case was successful after almost 3 yrs, never did Marjorie or Renee waiver in there efforts. I would highly recommend and never hesitate to call on there services again.

That’s the only thing I can say.
I’ll try to put here in these comments just how valuable somebody like that is in our world.
I had applied for disability after I had my car totaled, and had spine surgery here in Sarasota. I had so many issues and was a single mother dealing with them all with no help from the government. Soon as I came out of the hospital after almost a month stay. I applied for disability, but I got denied. I had a friend tell me to try to seek legal advice, and I found Marjorie.
What a blessing ! From the beginning she was very easy to Interact with.
She made me feel safe and taken care of. There was a distance we had to wait to get my case heard before a judge. During that time she kept good correspondence to let me Know what was going on. The case went to trial today, and I won my benefits. Marjorie briefed me and prepared me for it so professionally without bullying me like a lot of attorneys. I felt safe with her, and listened closely to all of her advice, but after I won my
benefits and the court hearing was over it didn’t just stop there. Marjorie gave me advice on my future and my finances in order to help me make wise decisions. This was time that she didn’t have to take and it’s people like that that are extremely valuable. I will always love her and feel like she’s part of my family. Truly, Eve
