My ticket was at 2 point exhibition of speed ticket, so it would have been a big increase on my insurance. Mark and his son have several strategies on how to handle these situations. I'm a repeat customer of Mark Dickerson's law firm because he always gets me good results. I'm a 2nd generation OTR, class A driver with over 5 million miles and 20 years left to drive. I've read the other reviews from people who say Mark is rude. I disagree with that, Mark is very strict, and if you do exactly as he tells you to, he can get you great results. As a truck driver in California, it's difficult with the double standard speed limits for cars and trucks. When I mess up, it's a comfort to know that I have an excellent law firm in my corner fighting for me. This is embarrassing, but I have messed up 4 times, and for each of those disasters, Mark Dickerson's law firm got each ticket dismissed with no points on my CDL to save my job each time. seemed like a nice, strong lawyer... but... if you want to be treated like nothing, if you want to feel miserable that's where you have to call - The Law Offices of Mark Dickerson. When I called him first time he was nice, guaranteed success. I thought he is really good lawyer. I was ready to recommend him to my friends. But after I had an issue with sending a check to pay for his service. I gave him a call to figure out what should I do and he instead of help gave me attitude, he said do not ask him stupid questions, if I'll ask him something again he will double the price, he was yelling at me, was rude, aggressive and finally hung up the phone!!! Now that's how I understand lawyer suppose to treat his client - if I pay him money, he can be nicer and solve my problems, answer all my questions and do what he promise to do. But if he acts like hysteric, how can I trust him? How can I let him work on my case?! How can I talk to him at all? There is hundreds of cheaper and nicer lawyers, who know how to treat their clients, who clearly understand if they want to make money they should know how to talk to people. i will never recommend this lawyer to anybody!
