I was referred to the law office Mark Berkowitz from another reputable attorney in the Ft. Lauderdale area, and from our first consultation Mark was extremely straight forward, he gave me solid advice and after speaking with my wife I decided to hire him. I was dealing with a very stressful situation from my (now former) employer, but with the help of Mark we were able to reach a resolution in a short period of time. Mark was honest with me and showed great communication skills, I’m thankful for his assistance and I would definitely recommend him.

Attorney Berkowitz is a prime example of why it is important to learn how to advocate for yourself. I hired Mr. Berkowitz in good faith, only to be told later he wasn't interested based on an assessment from the investigating agency. I spoke with the investigator who had a different perspective from what Mr. Berkowitz explained took place. 2 stars because he was courteous, but time is of the essence and he wasted mine.

He hasn’t taken my case as yet. He asked for certain information and at least took the time to listen to me. I truly appreciated that!
