I gave these people my case and they just sat on it like it was going to work itself. I have never been more afraid for myself in my entire life. They shouldn’t be allowed to call themselves a law firm. This is my second review of their office. After I made the first one I heard from mark himself asking me to take it down. I regret it, but that was the most effort these people put into my case. What a nightmare. These people do not do their jobs. They dropped the ball right on my head. EDIT TO ADD!!! My papers were signed in December Mr Karno. The fact that you were not aware that my case was in your office until a week ago, which was beyond mid May is not my fault that is a hole in your system not mine the way I am responding to being treated as though I’m not even a human is not uncalled for by any means honestly, I have a better mind to call the consumer protection agency about the service that I received from your law firm. You’re not practicing law over there. You’re practicing ruining peoples lives.
I Was Recommended Mark & Karno Through A Close family Friend. I Don’t Normally Need A Lawyer, So I Didnt Know What To Expect. This Was An Eye Opening Experience. The Lawyer I Ended With Was Jesse Gonzales. He Was Very Informative, Reaching Out And Explaining Things As Needed. Everything Was Taken Care Of Through The Firm. Everyone Was Easy To Reach. I Would Recommend Again. Thank You Jesse. Thank You Sara. And Thank You To Mark & Karno LLC

It is unfortunate that sometimes the process takes longer than it reasonably should. We simply cannot control when an insurance company will make the decision to pay what they should reasonably pay to compensate an injured party. I enjoyed working with Mr. Julian Zito. He was very professional yet personable, he responded to my concerns with patience and addressed my apprehensions. There is a lot of positive things I could say but that would turn this review into a book😆. I have and will continue to refer this Law firm.
I don't know, maybe I'm being impatient and don't understand the process. I contact the law office every month to month and a half. I thought they would contact me with a status more?

Mr. Jones. I am sorry that you feel that we are slow to respond to your inquiries. I checked your file and note that you were actively texting with my paralegals as recent as 2 weeks ago. At that time, she reported the current status of your file to you. What more can we do to assist you? Also, if you do feel that you are having an issue with one of my staff, I am only a phone call away. You can always ask to be transferred to me, directly. Again, what more can we be doing?
My case started in 2020. In lieu of the pandemic I understood a little bit of a delay but here we are in 2025 and things are just getting settled but not in my best interest. I had to call and email multiple times to find out what was happening with my case and I can share this because I did share with them first. Im not a lawyer but I am a client with thoughts, feelings and opinions. I just don’t feel like I or my case was managed the best way that it could have been. I was left with crumbs after being the one to experience such a traumatizing thing. Back and forth to therapy as well as having surgery that didn’t resolve my issue.

Likita, I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with the final outcomes in your cases that you had placed with us. As you pointed out, one of your cases was highly contested. Indeed, we went to Binding Arbitration on that one. Each case rests upon 3 pillars, Liabiiity (legal fault), damages and collectibility. If any of these legs is missing then the case can result in no recovery whatsoever. If one is found to be partly at fault then their damages are either reduced proportionately or a claim will be denied. We fought hard for you and went all the way when the other parties decided to contest your claims and did not want to pay you what you should have received. We did obtain a recovery for you in both of your cases. Again, we fought hard for you when the insurance companies did not want to pay you any money and we did obtain a favorable result given all of the circumstances. Again, I am truly sorry that you were disappointed with the final outcomes.
We contacted Mr Mark Karno. For my accident claim. He advised us thoroughly during our claim settlement. He is very knowledgeable and professional, We are very satisfied with his service and will recommend to our friends and family. Thanks so much Mr Karno.
