Often, I can come to you. I have offices across the state in Aspen, Avon, Vail, Breckenridge, Dillon, Glenwood Springs, Gunnison, Grand Junction, and Montrose. Being there is not enough, though. What I bring to your defense is years of hard-won knowledge and experience.

Mark was everything I needed in traffic court and more. I was facing a handful of traffic violations that would have severely affected my license and insurance premiums. He was able to work out a deal with the prosecutor to get the case dismissed. Lesson still learned on my part but without all the fines, suspensions, and increased insurance premiums. I should never need him again but if you do, I couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks Mark!

I was charged with a first offense dui marijuana, and I had 12 ng (legal limit 5ng in my system) and Mark was able to arrange a plea deal that upon completion of my probation terms, the entire ordeal would be expunged from my record. Mark is extremely professional and clearly is an expert in this field, I can’t thank him enough.

I Highly would recommend Mark, after my situation I contacted several attorney’s and Mark was the only one to return my call he did that within hours of my call. He was in contestant communication with me, and keep me posted on my situation at all times. Mark was able to negotiate with the DA and have my charges reduced from a DUI to a DWAI with a differed judgement which was a miracle in itself. Thank You Mark! 7-30-2021
