Do NOT hire this guy! He scammed me out of $8000 when I was at an incredibly weak point in my life. The “deal” he got me was the basic deal the DA offered; I could have gotten the same result if I had not hired him and represented myself. He was consistently late to court meetings, difficult to get in touch with, and he did not read the emails I sent him regarding my case. DO NOT HIRE MARK RUBINSTEIN

You got a DUI, Call Mark immediately, you need an attorney, and you need one that is local to your county. I refused BAC at time of my incident, Mark had to deal with both the DMV and the County in my case. With both he knew the people who make the decisions that can ruin your life. He couldn’t do much with the DMV as the rules are set in stone if you do not take the BAC, but with the county he knew the DA on my case very well and was able to get me a tolerable verdict.He said “This is a good deal, Take it” and I now know it was very good deal given my case. Local knowledge is so important!
