He has always been my #1 pick for other ppl in my ecosystem (mostly ppl in passing) whom have criminal defense issues. Mark is a person who goes for DISMISSALS OR DEFERRED....ALWAYS CLIENT FOCUSED. Nearly every attorney on the planet looks at a client as a file. They have a stack of files. They either 1.turn and burn and MARKET like crazy 2.hire massive staff and market (lower quality TURN AND BURN) OR 3.
