Paulina is an absolute professional! She is honest and to the point. She will spend time listening to you and your concerns and is completely forthright with you about the law and your case even if it is NOT what you want to hear. She has wisdom beyond her years, and that is priceless. It was a joy having a young, vibrant, passionate young woman litigate my case for me. I made the best decision to have her as my lawyer.

Do yourself a favor and use someone with more experience. If my accuser has shown up, we would have lost the case because she was uneducated, unprepared, and inefficient at her job. What was the most disappointing is I knew more about the case, how to handle it, who our judge was, and what to bring.
On top of her negligence, she also lied to me, agreeing to my mission while knowing it was not the prime directive for her. She used and abused our relationship by lying to me in the beginning, acting like she had my best interest at heart while withholding pertinent information from her client, then abandoning me when it was time to close the case.
She has been reported to the California Bar and I will be taking her license. Do yourself a favor, just go with the lawyer that is straight up. The nice ones are bad-to-mid at best. Take it from someone who has had 6 in the last two years.

Dear Scott:<br><br>This review is comical considering the outcome: there is no restraining order against you. For future prospective clients, I am well equipped to handle all restraining order matters, including those involving accusations of sexual assault.<br><br>Your confusion seems to come from the process — attorney’s fees are heard in a separate hearing via an RFO, not during the restraining order hearing itself.<br><br>It’s interesting you believe you know more about judges and procedure than a practicing attorney. It’s worth noting that when a client has had six attorneys in two years, the issue is not the attorneys. <br><br>Finally, it is extremely rare for an accuser not to appear. Perhaps the preparation and documentation I served on your behalf made her think twice about moving forward ;)<br>

I can’t say enough good things about Paulina. She stepped in and helped me with a situation when no one else would. Her communication was clear, timely and exceeded my expectations. Has been a really great help to me. I came in with the intent of every law is the same but not her she changed my mind. She gave me peace of mind told me everything was gonna be OK that everything is fixable when she says she knows what she’s talking about.
