Compare these against any other firm you're considering — most attorneys have only two or three themes reviewers consistently return to.
How we compiled this: CrashStory aggregates public Google reviews, Colorado crash records from CDOT and local agencies, and firm-provided profile data. We do not endorse any firm. Review intelligence scores are derived from automated sentiment and theme analysis of public reviews — treat them as one signal among many, not a verdict.

I'm a client of Tricia's and also work with Bridget there. I have always been made to feel as though I matter and am treated like I'm part of the family. Legal issues are not always easy to handle, but Tricia and Bridget have made this experience not only easier, but actually fun. Case updates are clear, questions are answered in a timely manner, and there's always time for at least a quick catch-up and some shared laughs. If you have legal issues and are looking for a fantastic legal team, look no further than Tricia and Bridget at Marrs and Terry. You will not be disappointed! :)
Bridget has been a life saver through the entire process. She was always quick to get back with us either by phone or emails. She made us feel like family.. very caring and made everything easy to understand. I highly recommend these guys!

They was really good at working with me and helped me get all the documents. I need in walking me through everything. I am not very good at stuff like this and I couldn’t ask for better help with everything. The patience and understanding they had working with me, was above and beyond highly recommend Plus, the trustee told me I had the perfect case because they had all my paperwork in order

They were amazingly helpful and communicative. Tricia was very helpful. Bridget was a rockstar. She went through everything with me, step by step.

We went to them for chapter 7 bankruptcy and at least got that accomplished, but they were very rude on multiple accounts. They said they didn’t have documents that I had already sent a couple of times. They made a mistake toward the end and couldn’t even get ahold of our lawyer. Received a letter saying we hadn’t paid our final payment, but I had receipts and proof that we did. Nicholas helped us sort that out, but our lawyer never even acknowledged my email or responded. You would think they’d want to be known to have good customer service, I would not recommend them. Their communication (or lack thereof) only added to my stress and anxiety of filing.

We are treated like family. Bridget has been our gracious savior during the entire process and they are never done whenever we have questions or need help along the journey they are as attentive as they originally were from the start. If we ever have opportunity in the future to work with them we won’t hesitate.

Literally did one phone call with them and asked just to hold for a minute or two as I can clock out for work and instantly got yelled at saying “No I’m not doing that at all for you”. By the way I said this extremely nice and sincere and got that response. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Should be zero stars. Took my money and disappeared. Multiple, multiple emails asking for an update. Multiple, multiple emails saying that I had no idea on how this works and needed guidance. Multiple, multiple calls - with no response. Zero communication. Just stole my money. Disgusting. Beware! Stay away!

I feel so foolish for choosing this firm. Rude. Dismissive. Uncaring. Poor communication. I've had to pay extra money as a result of the poor communication to refile my case. I'm stuck here because I've already paid so much into this firm and financially cannot afford to go to another firm. Buyer beware.

Michelle's communication is absolutely awful, Michelle continued to try to get me in a payment I could not afford. Yes, my payments had gotten behind, I take FULL accountability for it. 100% I asked her what would happen if I didn't come up with, you'll lose your car, your landlord can evict you, but Happy Thanksgiving!! She wouldn't call my landlords attorney back. I showed up for myself (not saying she was suppose to go, but, she could've returned his repeated calls) Thankfully I have some really supportive ppl around me, I was about to make the payment in it's entirely. She attempted to email & work with me. I however knew I wanted nothing to do with her & had arranged for a local attorney to accept my case. When other attorneys say how rude she is, it's a huge huge red flag. If at all possible do your research before hiring her. The ONLY decent thing she has is Her assistant, Jennie. Michelle how many more clients have you lost in the past few weeks? Even the trustee said the fees are outrageous & unjustified. Its horrible you prey on people already in horrible situations. You did NOT get me more time, my payment did 🤣🤣 At best, Jennie is the ONLY thing positive about your "office" because you Michelle, you are a horrible excuse for an attorney
Owner response
It is interesting that you are not using your real name. Ebony, you did not make the required payments in your chapter 13 plan, I got you more time to do so but the Trustee required that you make the payments that you promised to do so when you filed your case. When you indicated that you were not able to do so, I let you know what would happen if your case was dismissed. Luckily, you then made the required payment which I am sure you would not have done if I had not given you an honest assessment of your case. The landlord's attorney never contacted me. I did offer you many options to make your case work and you indicated that you had no time to discuss these options. I am glad that you have found a new attorney that you feel comfortable with and I wish you the best of luck.
