Nice enough when we talked and he successfully prevented my ticket from ending up on my record, but he was awful at communication with me as his client. Forgot to tell me a court date then on the new one he told me to show up two hours after the scheduled time due to time constraints from other cases. Ends up reaching out asking why I'm not on the virtual court call at the original time. I wasn't on because he told me a different time. Made me look foolish in court. Not happy with my experience.

lol This lawyer has been telling my family member for like a year now that he's going to help her set up a will/trust. He has been ignoring our phone calls for months. We were in the middle of the process. When we called him on someone else's phone he answered and said he doesn't work for the law place he had been working at anymore. He said he's been trying to get "untangled with them for months". He could have just told us he can't help us right now. Unprofessional and immature obviously. Never met the guy in person once

Absolute joke of a lawyer. Never answers the phone. I haven’t heard from him on over 2 months. Been doing a simple house trust document. I even asked him if I needed to find someone else and he basically hung up on me saying he’s walking into court. Never called or texted back.

I cannot get anyone in the office to answer the phone or call me back. now the voicemail is full and I can't even leave a message. I have been trying to get the girl in the office that answers the phone to help answer some questio. for a few months now I can't get her to do her job. never met Mr marshal. don't even know how to get a hold of him. not sure he even knows how inadequit his assistant is. hopefully he will read this and see how much trouble I am having.

I contacted Mr. Marshall to work together with me a few years ago on a 1.5 million dollar case. Mr. Marshall did an excellent job researching and writing various pleadings. Ultimately the defendants settled on the eve of trial due in part to Mr. Marshall's excellent work. I recommend him as a competent trial attorney.

One of the worst attorneys I have ever met. Good luck getting him to even listen for a full minute before he interrupts you and tries to get you to skip extremely important details.
