I was very pleased with MJP's proactive and transparent communication. The process was explained in plain English, I was provided with regular status updates and quick return phone calls or portal messages. My paralegal (King-Smith) and attorney (S. Atkins) worked tirelessly to pull comprehensive medical records to sync critical information and prepare me thoroughly for my hearing. I can't express enough the relief at not having to pay upfront legal fees while facing financial hardship. I truly appreciate the firms hard work and dedication.

My atty Sarah and her assistant were excellent and right on point. I tend to describe my conditions so vaguely but they put together the facts and presented my case quite well. I do not think I could have won my appeal without their help. At our prehearing meeting, atty Sarah did not rush me and helped me through the questions because my mind has problems putting things to words. She was patient and understanding. Her assistant was always available and prompt replying to my emails. I never felt ignored or belittled. It truly helped the ALJ see what I was trying to describe. Recommend for others with cognitive dysfunction applying for disability!

I thank the good lord above that I was referred to Martin, Jones& Piemonte for my disability claim. I was injured in 1997 and ever since that day I have had to deal with pain that I wouldn’t wish on anyone, that day changed my life forever and has only got worse over time and it is not easy going through pain every day of your life. I was starting to think no one in this world cares if people have to deal with pain even when they can see it on your face every day. Now thanks to this law firm and all the wonderful people, I realized they care about people and fight for you in every way possible to get you approved for disability.
