I had the pleasure of working with Dustin Butler and Kelly Arroyo. going into this situation I had no clue where to start. Dustin helped walk me through the whole situation and was very transparent of all the options and and possible results to those options. Always answered in a timely manner and helped ease my anxious mind when needed. Kelly was great at keeping things organized and helping me with any tasks I had questions on. I was very happy to have them on my side, they were both professional and also very personable.

Matthew Stauffer is a very sloppy condescending lawyer. He didn't read my file at all apparently, He filed the lawsuit in Lee County, when the bulk of my father's estate is in Collier County, then four months into being on my case he gets around to file 'Notice to Creditors'. When I asked him why he didn't file sooner he blamed me for not telling him I was my father's personal representative! Well excuse me I'm not a lawyer and secondly it was right in my file that he failed to read, in the first codicil of my father's will! He then gets his ego bruised and drops me in the 11th hour after billing me $9k and I have nothing to show for it! He should be disbarred.

My experience with Dustin Butler at Martin Law Firm started off well, but ended very disappointing. I was sent two draft letters that I never approved or used, yet I was charged $1,000 regardless. I understand time is money. However, this was not the case. I received no response after my initial call back and left a VM for clarification on the letters, as they were not to my liking and as the client I have that right. When I reached out for an explanation and requested a refund, I was ignored despite multiple attempts to follow up by email with both Mr. Butler and who I assume to be his assistant. I was only told that the work was completed. Clients deserve clear communication and fair billing, especially when fees of this size are involved. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I paid another firm $500, which was half and within that had a better experience!

The law firm was a great help to me and got great results for my slip and fall case that happened at Walmart years ago. I highly recommend Eviana and Steve Martin. They are the best

Matthew Stauffer was wonderful handling our lawsuit during a very difficult time for us. He was respectful of our choices and did everything he could to make the process go as smoothly and quickly as he legally could. He stayed on top of everything; we rarely had to reach out to him to get an updated status of the case. He would always contact us as soon as there was a new development in our case. hired Dustin Butler from Martin law firm for my divorce three years ago and man what a mistake. My ex started withholding my child from me and I asked Dustin to get visitation set up so he told me he put in a motion for temporary visitation. For three and a half months I checked in with him every week and he told me still no word I’m sure I’ll hear back by next week. So after 3.5 months I called him up and demanded to know right then what was going on so he looked into it and realized the he never submitted the motion like he told me he did. During this time my child was moved across the country on me and I’m now a long distance father with 20% visitation time and all the child support. Needless to say I fired him. The advice and service that I received from Dustin was horrible and cost me a lot. My advice is find an attorney that actually cares because that’s not Dustin, he’s clearly only in it for the money but isn’t worth half of what he charges.
