I hardly write any reviews and I was reluctant about writing as a divorce can be very personal and emotional. I got a divorce back in 2023 and Denise and her team did nothing for me. They decided to settle. I was too young and inexperienced to know any better. They took advantage of my situation took the easy way out. My advice would be to hire someone who is willing to advocate for you as a clients and don’t shy away from asking question or hiring another attorney if needed. Update Months after I posted my initial review, Denise reached out to me personally, saying she wanted feedback to improve her practice and even mentioned she would reimburse my legal fees. While I appreciated her willingness to talk, she never followed up after I sent her an email, not even with a simple acknowledgment. That lack of professionalism only confirmed my initial feelings of disappointment. Denise tries to come across as someone who genuinely cares about her clients, but my experience didn’t reflect that. My advice to anyone going through a divorce is to do thorough research, ask questions, and don’t hesitate to find an attorney who will truly advocate for you. Divorce is already a difficult process financially, emotionally, and mentally and having the right representation makes all the difference.

Because of Neftali Rodriguez and the entire Denise Martinez PLLC firm, (for the first time in two years), I will get to spend my birthday and Easter with my two angels. Divorce is tough, (especially if you are dealing with a vindictive or unreasonable ex), but this guy will fight for you like he's fighting for his life.
