My husband and I were very pleased with how Michelle handled my FIL’s wrongful death/medical malpractice case. She kept us fully informed and was quick to respond to our questions in depth. We highly recommend her. Mary DeLay

It’s hard to write a review that encompasses the kind of wonderful person and professional Michelle is. Michelle handled a case for my then 9-year son that came to her just weeks before the absolute statute of limitations was to expire. I believe we filed it about 43 minutes before the statute of limitations actually expired. I had originally reached out to a non-profit, due to the circumstances of the case, and they found me Michelle since they needed someone “on the ground.” I was nervous before our first meeting. I was nervous a medical malpractice attorney would be so “out for blood” that they would forget there was a child in the middle of this. My fears could not have been more unfounded. Michelle was professional, caring, and kept my son at the center. Michelle’s professionalism extends past her interactions with clients. She is well respected among defense attorneys and treats individuals with respect, recognizing the stress of a lawsuit on everyone involved, greatly diminishing what can be so incredibly adversarial and stressful. In the middle of the case my son tragically died unexpectedly due to reasons completely unrelated to the suit. His death diminished the strength of our case under Texas law dramatically, but Michelle said she would keep working if I wanted her to. The case was resolved to my satisfaction due to her talents as an attorney, as well as the respect she has from defense attorneys, and even the doctors she litigates against, for her consciousness and strong ethics. The world lost an incredible young man when my son died at 11. Michelle was able to still get me an outcome that everyone, even the defense, agrees will help continue the legacy of this amazing little boy, taking nothing for herself, and has become a life-long friend.

I can not begin to express how highly I value this firm. Michelle, her paralegal Celeste, and entire team are amazing. I am forever grateful for their assistance and the courage Ms.Maloney had to take on an out of the box type case. She is kind, yet doesn't sugar coat things and let's you know realistic expectations. Lawsuits are not fun and extremely stressful, however this practice is by far one of the best I've ever dealt with. Please do not hesitate to get a consultation - you will be given a VERY fair, knowledgeable, and honest assessment of what to expect. People who have left less than stellar reviews simply do not realize the complexity of the legal system and the fact that despite our pain and suffering, we have to adhere by timelines and statutes. Please do not use those negative reviews against them. I've NEVER had a lack of communication and in fact quite opposite. Reality is, law is the law - but this firm will fight tooth and nail for you.

I'm not impressed with them not wanting to hear everything before they make a decision. But it's all good, when I find one that will, it will be their loss!!!

After the loss of my father due to neglect, finding Michelle was a blessing, she and her entire team were always very kind and helpful in every step of the way. Michelle is determined, sensitive and a great human being. She has so much positive energy and she’s absolutely a very smart lawyer to solve every problem we had along the way. She is very meticulous in all of her work and extremely organized. She defends those who need it and is fair in her decisions. Her knowledge, experience and determination is what makes the challenges a success and justice is done. Her entire team, especially Celeste, always had constant communication and disposition throughout the entire case process. I totally recommend Maloney's firm to defend any negligence no matter how difficult it may seem, she takes the challenge.

My husband was misdiagnosed and almost died. I feel so blessed that Michelle took our case. She walked us through every step and kept in close contact with us throughout the case. She is an amazing attorney backed up by an incredible staff of people. Together they made our case so strong we were offered a settlement and we could not be happier with the outcome.

Life is precious. When we lost a very dear loved one due to negligence of a caregiver, Michelle Maloney and her staff were diligent, respectful, professional and hard working toward correcting a wrong. Michelle showed me nothing but a humble dedication to investigating malpractice and the validity of our claim, which is all we ever asked. I would highly recommend the Marynell Maloney Law Firm to anyone or contact them again if needed.
