Set appointment to discuss a possible case with a previous employer. Appointment set up for 9:00 AM Monday morning, no call at all. Instead I got an email later in the day saying they don’t deal with these types of cases. I responded asking if they understood what I was even asking for since I only put a 3 word description of my case in the appointment request. They have still yet to reply to me. They are too big and too busy to help anyone or even point you in the right direction. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them. When you’re already flustered and upset enough to contact an attorney for help, they will NOT be there to help you.

I hired Mr. Massey some years back and I can tell you it was a complete waste of both time and money as he only did half of what he said he would do (and I don’t mean he tried and wasn’t successful, he simply didn’t do what we discussed and he said he would do) but he sure had no problem taking my money. Hire Mr. Massey at your own risk but don’t expect good results, unless your related to him or his partner as there seem to be positive reviews written by both Massey and Duffy family members. That in and of itself should tell you all you need to know about these lawyers.

Mr Massey was referred to me by Fla Bar.. I did not have a case and that was fine. Mr Massey needs a class in empathy and kindness.. where does it say attorneys can be abrasive and abrupt.. one day I may have a case and I will not call this office.. One day he will be 80 years old and sick .

I hired Mr. Massey to help me with my divorce. Mr. Massey brought me through a very difficult time with his professionalism, competence and knowledge. I found his outstanding quality to be his promptness in returning phone calls, and emails to me and his communication with opposing counsel. His empathetic demeanor offered me emotional succor. Attorney Massey, only wants cases that he doesn't necessarily have to litigate. Basically he wants the leg work performed without performing it. I've contacted his office now about 2 separate cases that he has been unable to help with, all dealing with workplace discrimination and defamation. The first case the company settled out of court. His words today, "I should've contacted him when they were trying to settle"... For what? For him to reap the benefits of all the hard work that myself and EEOC had done. He's not an attorney that practices law, just more so of an attorney looking for easy paycheck. Poor work ethic. I've already secured representation for this new case. 1 hour after Mr. Massey stated that , there was nothing that he could do. Once again, this attorney is looking for a free check. I would classify him in the group of attorneys that Morgan and Morgan are expressing to dodge... "companies know which attorneys settle" "he might need the $$$ more than you do". "He's not a trial lawyer"... check his stats on settlements vs trials.

Scheduled a consultation and never received a phone call. I decided to call the office and follow up and I was told they would just leave a message I called. I never received a call back to reschedule or to follow up with my initial appointment. Received an email “thank you for your consultation” as if I had one. Disappointed and not a good first impression.
