Horrible. Front desk gal was kind, but I had a follow up phone call with Gregory Wright that left me in tears. Extremely unprofessional and overpowered me with his voice. He got so offended and defensive and it could have been handled so much better. I went with them because, I never have set one up before and I had so many questions and wanted help to get it set up correctly the first time around and the reviews were awesome.
