I was referred here by my personal attorney who is retiring , the person answering the phones there has no clue on what or how to do things , I asked for a call back and got nothing … tried back the second time … and was told “ leave your name and Info again and he may be interested in calling you back “ Is it me , or is this just bad business ? These guys obviously have too much money and business , if they won’t even pick up a call and see what your wanting

I had a frustrating experience with Artrip. They scheduled a Zoom call to discuss my case, but my attorney failed to show up at all and I even waited an entire hour. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unsupported and concerned about the handling of my legal matter. Communication is key in any attorney-client relationship, and I expected better. I ultimately decided to seek representation elsewhere, as I need an attorney who prioritizes their clients and maintains punctuality. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.
