I never used a private lawyer before, but in my traffic case I needed one, my license was on the line. Matt did a fantastic job, not only did I get to keep my license, but I didn't have to waste valuable time sitting in a court room, he took care of everything for me, through his hard work and great relationships in the saratoga county district attorneys office. But it doesnt stop there with matt. A friend of mine had a criminal matter in albany county, I recommended matt to her. I rarely write reviews. That being said, I’m happy to write this one. Matt Simone is exceptional. I had a very short time frame, which required legal results in multiple counties within New York State, so that I could continue to drive and be able to renew my out-of-state license. Matt went above and beyond, making follow up calls on weekends while dealing with medical situations, just to give an example. He does what other lawyers don’t. Matt sets expectations with realistic goals and a plan, sticks to it, and provides relevant instructions & feedback throughout the process. He communicates, follows through, and gets it done. I recommend Matt as highly as I could recommend anyone- hire him if you need a good attorney. He is that and more. Hopefully I wont’t have to utilize an attorney again (thanks to Matt), but if I do, Matt will be my first call.

Never the guy you want to have to hire, but sometimes life just gives you that spoiled lemonade. Matt helped me resolve my revoked license with great success! I was in quite a mess having been revoked before some newer laws and when my time was up I kept getting denied based on (as I understood) the new laws. Matt first got my whole dmv history in check and explained it to me in a way normal people like myself can understand. He then swiftly started tackling the holdup issues one by one. We thought all the matters were in order and sent in an application only to find out it was denied once again. This is where the "quality of services" begins to truly show its form. Matt immediately stated to me that he was in it till the end, and he would remain by my side till it was resolved, and such is just exactly what he did. Important also to note that Matt started my file right before the covid lockdown last year. With a little extra patience Matt was still able to handle sorting all this out even with the dmv shutdown and limited access to courts in a timely manner. Long and short, if your reading this and your not sure who to hire, and you have so many questions and so many worries and no clear answers. It's time to call this guy! He knows his stuff and he's got one heck of a firm behind him.
