Mr. Frey was very supportive & helpful with the entire bankruptcy process from starting the proceedings, to meeting with the Trustee & taking care of any court attendance as my representative, as well as filing all the paperwork from beginning to plan completion/discharge. Very knowledgeable about the process & once I started my Chapter 13 plan, everything ran smoothly for me. Highly recommend Mr. Frey as your bankruptcy attorney!

My Aunt wrote him a check out for traffic to get my license back $1500.00 he gave me a bunch of excuses and dodge my call’s, then asked me to come into his office after I kept calling non stop, to tell me he couldn’t get it back for a couple years. So I ask can I have the money back he wouldn’t give it back. He’s a straight up crook and you still owe me $1500.00

I came to Matt Frey 3 1/2 years ago. First thing Matt did was to make me not feel like an idiot for filing bankruptcy. Second thing Matt did was to explain what was going to happen during this process in a way that I could understand. Then Matt Frey has been by my side when things went wrong(car accident and the harrassing phone calls from a debt collector who he figured out was a spam call for me). Matt Frey is the best attorney in bankruptcy. Even when this bankruptcy was done Matt Frey is still helping me. THANKS MATT FREY!!
