I highly confused on the effectiveness of this firm. They had a bill from an insurance company for well over a year and failed to mention it to me until after the settlement. I feel blindsided, that could have been additional money to ask for. For some odd reason, the other side knew about the lien and asked my attorneys about it. Second, james kept giving me the run around about seeing the information on the bill. Third, now he's claiming there's treatment they have to pay out. WHAT TREATMENT, anything medical related was done by me via my insurance. I'm not sure he's trying to run a scam, but I'm highly irritated by the lack of clarity he's providing.

Absolutely love loved working with them and them advocating on behalf when it came to switching from lawyer to these guys .. Last lawyer gave me the blues I told Mattox what I was going threw and they got on it right away never been happier with my results
