Katie Berg was so amazing in going above & beyond to assist my parents in closing the sale of their home. My mom unexpectedly had to go into the hospital for observation the day before their closing. My dad has some memory issues but is cognizant and has a power of attorney. Turned out the POA needed to be updated and Katie went to the hospital with the paperwork to get it in order for their closing today. She saved the day because my parents no longer drive & my dad couldn’t have accomplished it last minute by himself. I live across the country and couldn’t get a flight out last minute to arrive in time to help. Without her willingness to go beyond the call of duty, the closing would have had to be rescheduled. She is a true asset to Mayo Hill and should be recognized for her professional dedication to her clients!
