Extremely disappointing experience. I retained this firm for a time-sensitive family court matter involving repeated obstruction of my court-ordered parenting time. From the outset I provided extensive, dated documentation (AppClose logs, screenshots of missed/blocked calls, and messages) showing multiple missed visits and interference. Despite clear evidence and repeated requests for action, no motion was ever filed on my behalf during the months I was represented. I was repeatedly told the case was being handled, but in fact nothing was submitted to the court. Because of this inaction multiple visits were lost and I incurred over $2,000 in out-of-pocket expenses when a family member had to fly in to supervise a single visit. Communication from the firm was inadequate: messages were delayed or unanswered, and I was not informed of the lack of filings until after I retained new counsel. My new attorney identified that the necessary court steps had not been taken and immediately filed to address the issue. If you need active, timely representation in a high-conflict family matter, look elsewhere. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

I had a consultation about a family matter with Ryan McCall .I was very confused about a part of the Divorce agreement but he patiently explained and cleared up the part that i was having issues with.
