I will be short as possible. I was injured in 1/2025; contacted McCormick Law without reading reviews. Once my PT was completed in 12/2025 the Lawyer representative kept requesting if I wanted epidural shots? In 1/2026 the settlement check was mailed to my home address. I alerted my Rep, then sent to the Firm? At this point it was told me me I would be receiving my portion within 10 business days. Then my Rep contacted me requesting a signature on itemized list of medical costs; once completed; I would receive my check with in 5 business days. Two weeks later 2/2026, received another call from Rep stating I needed to sign itemized sheet again, because payout amount was wrong. Of course, signed it again and was told I will see my portion within a week. Six weeks later after Ghosting me; I read reviews how people were not pleased with the Law Firm consistency. I left a message with my Rep for 1 week straight, no follow up. I made one call to I assume the Reps supervisor; my check was in the mail 1 week later. Bottom line; McCormick Law does not care about you. They care about their portion. Never received a thank you letter; nothing. Horrible business experience.
