McCormick Law Firm Atlanta Ga review signals at a glance

I will be short as possible. I was injured in 1/2025; contacted McCormick Law without reading reviews. Once my PT was completed in 12/2025 the Lawyer representative kept requesting if I wanted epidural shots? In 1/2026 the settlement check was mailed to my home address. I alerted my Rep, then sent to the Firm? At this point it was told me me I would be receiving my portion within 10 business days. Then my Rep contacted me requesting a signature on itemized list of medical costs; once completed; I would receive my check with in 5 business days. Two weeks later 2/2026, received another call from Rep stating I needed to sign itemized sheet again, because payout amount was wrong. Of course, signed it again and was told I will see my portion within a week. Six weeks later after Ghosting me; I read reviews how people were not pleased with the Law Firm consistency. I left a message with my Rep for 1 week straight, no follow up. I made one call to I assume the Reps supervisor; my check was in the mail 1 week later. Bottom line; McCormick Law does not care about you. They care about their portion. Never received a thank you letter; nothing. Horrible business experience.

I should've left this review some time ago. Honestly, I'm getting on in years, not great at checking out websites and never knew I could even leave a review. The McCormick Law Firm treated my case as if it were the Firm's highest priority. I recommend them every chance I get,

The firm is awesome. I've had two cases and the first lawyer where kind and was serious about his clients, there was communication which plays a big factor. The second case I wasn't very happy with the lawyer that was on my case but over all I will use the firm again and I will refer to whomever needs a lawyer. If I ever need a lawyer I will go back. Ms. Redmon

Poor communication skills always gave me the runaround. I don’t speak for the whole firm. I just speak for the attorney I had in my Case. Felt like he didn’t even try as an attorney Cause he would always side with the insurance when it came to my questions

They were professional, kind, and most importantly, caring.

I’m 19 and I was riding a bike that costed about 5 grand(Honda vtx 1800c), I ended up getting hit with little to no damages to myself but it totaled the bike, they gave me enough money to buy myself an almost brand new car and 31k in my pocket within 5 months. If you’re reading this McCormick law, I couldn’t thank you guys enough if this ever happens agin I know who to call lol!!
