This Is The Greatest Law Firm That I have dealt with. I live in Indiana and they are located in Illinois. I did not have to go into their office at all. All of the paperwork was faxed over to me thru doc u sign. They got my hospital & Medical bills reduced to leave more money to me. Their fee was very reasonable for the work that they put in. I Strongly Recommend McCready and Law for your Legal Needs.

I've called 3xs in a wk ,rang 12xs & nobody answered, no vm or even a return message in their app. Not sure if their actually a legit place or not

I would not recommend them. They never give updates on the case. I have texted, emailed, sent messages through app and called and left messages for an update for almost 3 months. I have still not gotten any response.

Extremely poor communication and service. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or email—responses take days, if at all, and most of the time you just get an automated “out of office” reply. I’ve been waiting over a year on my workers’ comp case with little to no guidance. Despite paying thousands in legal fees, I’ve had to handle issues on my own because they won’t even coordinate with my doctor. Now I’ve been trying for days just to recover the remaining escrow funds, and no one answers calls or follows up. The attorney is never available. Very frustrating experience and not worth the cost. I sent an email on April 16 and have to wait until the 20 for a response. It’s now been over a month and I still haven’t received my money back from Scroll Account. In my personal experience, communication and customer service have been very disappointing.
