Tony Tracy did a great job. It took quite a bit of time, other than that they were great!
I was initially assigned one attorney during intake, but my case was transferred to another attorney without any communication, warning, or explanation. From the beginning, I made it very clear how important communication and regular updates were regarding my daughter’s case. I was reassured that communication would improve, but unfortunately that never happened. Throughout the process, I only received information when I actively reached out myself. Each time I called, I was told the attorney was out of the office or unavailable, and his assistant was unable to provide any meaningful updates. I left numerous voicemails that were never returned. I also attempted to escalate the situation by speaking with supervisors, but those concerns were not addressed and the lack of communication continued. After nearly ten months of ongoing frustration, one supervisor finally stepped in at the conclusion of the case. She was phenomenal in helping process and close everything out, and I greatly appreciated her professionalism. However, that level of support came only after an extended period of difficulty and should have been present throughout the entire process. Would not recommend!
I just want to thank Tony and Stacie and everyone who help me with my case I rlly appreciate everyone and you all did a amazing job
