Had a meeting with Dukes, he was completely unprepared...fumbling through depositions. I was embarrassed for his client...who came walking in with a cane. It was like watching My Cousin Vinny in person watching Tom fumble through his papers and depositions in the meeting. So unprofessional as was his demeanor, he makes no valid arguments just bully tactics with no legal merits it's quite embarrassing to watch him "practice" law.
