John Bender was a blessing to my family. We had hired a caregiver for our 85 year old bedridden father, who didn’t want anything except a free house to take over. When the job become more than he wanted he wouldn’t leave. Evection was our only way to replace him with someone who could take care of dad. John was professional, compassionate, honest and very knowledgeable and took care of the eviction with ease. I can’t say enough about this man. I will recommend him highly!!!!!!!
