Meredith Quinlevin's representation was a textbook example of what not to expect from an attorney. From day one, she allowed the defense to dictate the proceedings, completely disregarding my instructions to assert any pressure. Getting her on the phone for even a basic update was a Herculean task, requiring weeks of daily calls. I couldn't have been a lower priority. Her lack of tenacity and aggression resulted in an unsatisfactory outcome that I did not deserve, given my legitimate victim status in a house fire case. To compound the misery, Meredith chose to waive fees for my co-plaintiffs while still charging me for her services. I was left holding the bag, unaware of this material fact. It all made sense when I discovered that she was essentially working for free. If I had known, I would have selected a firm genuinely interested in representing me and being compensated fairly. I stumbled upon this unsettling truth when McFarland Litigation accidentally sent me my co-plaintiff's deposit slip and fee summary. This not only reflects a breach of my co-plaintiff's financial privacy but also encapsulates the entire miserable experience from start to finish. He is trying to sue me for Comfort Dental because I reported his client to DORA and they reffered it to the attorney general. Comfort Dental in Lafayette has many bad reviews and law provides that consumers and patients can leave truthful reveiws even bad review and post about it on facebook. He needs to study the Consumer Review fairness act. If he did his research he would know just how many patients his client messed up their mouths. But who needs research. He would rather sue a medicaid recipient for $100,000. Who is. And has been choking due to the medicle malpractise of his client. Who has prevented me from having my mouth fix because his client lied to medicaid stating that she pulled all my teeth when she pulled my best top teeth and left the 6 worst teeth. I have proof and it is not a lie as he stated in case papers. He doesnt even. Live in the lafayette area to know the reputation of his client. He doesnt care about truth and justice he just wants to shut me up. The retaliation lawsuit and the mail his client sent trying to get me to drop the case with the dental bored has been turned over to DORA to be included into the attorney generals investigastion. This lawsuit is retaliation for speaking up on an incompetant dentist.
