In short. Kelly is no Labradoodle. She is pure Pit-bull. I have never hired an Attorney before and only heard what a waste of time they are especially in family cases. In my case that was NOT THE CASE. I am very thankful for Kelly and her staff for getting me the outcome that we got. Thank you Kelly.

Kelly is an amazing lawyer. She is smart, confident and knows the legal system well. She took the time to learn and understand my case thoroughly but did not overcharge me; I never felt like she was trying to just get money out of me. She was awesome in both a required hearing and mediation and I felt so comfortable walking through this process with her (and her amazing assistant!) by my side. If I need a family lawyer again, I will absolutely hire her.

Kelly and her team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in my family law contempt case. She got matters settled quickly and fairly. Anyone who has had to deal with family law/co-parenting knows that that kind of timely outcome is rare, especially during Covid restrictions! I highly advise against consulting with this firm if you are in need of any type of representation regarding family law as she is turning away cases and “cherry picking” cases based on her own preference and not based a potential client’s needs. In addition, I am an associate of Jana H who also left a review and I can attest to the fact that she followed all instructions, and was told she now had representation when in reality, her calls were ignored and only returned by office staff. Meanwhile she was berated by her soon to be ex husbands lawyer and continually made attempts to speak directly with Ms McNeal who pretty much left her on “read”. It’s heartbreaking to watch people in need, be strung along while they wait for assistance and are left out to dry by a professional who took money, and gave verbal confirmation that she had accepted the case. I am appalled at the response left by McNeal, who shows no remorse or compassion for a potential client and even goes so far as to insinuate any of this was to the fault of the potential client.
