When they needed information from me, they sent out emails in advance of the possible questions and when the actual questions were sent out for me to fill out, I had the information they were requesting. Very good communication. We received a favorable settlement. In the future, it would be good to have a page with some updates so it’s not to call to bother too much but anytime they needed a signature on DocuSign or update any relevant information, they were consistent with communication.
