When I went to sell my home, I was told the back lot had not been transferred when the home was. It took them forever to do the paperwork, to get the lot transferred. They then changed me over 2000$. Imo.. this should have been done years ago and I shouldn't have been charged. It should have been done 10 years ago. I did have a balance owed, divorce happened. They got their 18000$, when the home sold. Make sure all the t's are crossed before you leave. A lawfirm women love to take advantage of women. This is my experience with this firm.
