In any circumstance, we strongly advise avoiding this law group due to their repeated failure to respond to the client in a timely manner, lack of follow-up on the case, and an overall inability to properly understand and manage the matter.
Rather than acknowledging limitations in their capacity to handle the case, they assumed control of it and proceeded in a way that placed responsibility and fault on the client. This approach was unprofessional, misleading, and detrimental to our legal position.
Their conduct caused unnecessary confusion, delay, and a loss of confidence in the representation provided. Based on our experience, we do not believe this firm acted in a manner consistent with reasonable professional standards or in the best interest of the client
Poor service, poor communication. Said they have dealt with my scenario and can address it, but turned out they didn’t even read what it was about and then overcharged for doing admin work which was not necessary.

We have checked our system and we do not see you as someone who has reached out to us in the past. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so I can understand what happened. Mark Kimball – (425) 455-9610. Thank you.
I have worked with Mark and Dennis for the last few years on business related items. Always appreciate their insight and assistance with all matters - happy to have them on my team!
We’ve used MDK Law for all our contracts over the years and they’ve always done a great job. Most recently, they helped us navigate a tough contract negotiation with a challenging client. Nahal Nabavinejad was incredibly responsive, gave great advice, and handled several revisions quickly and professionally. We truly appreciate the partnership and working with this firm is always a pleasure!
Take heed of other 1 star reviews here as my story is similar. Mark, although sounds great, he was never prepared for our meetings. We had to continuously provide the same documents. He would promise actions such as getting with other attorneys and never produced a single action. Never fulfilled any promise. The other attorneys even attempted to reach out to him. Mark always had wonderful excuses. Wait, he did provide one document - the bill. I am out thousands. Had to hire a different attorney and missed several deadlines.
TRASH law firm , STAY AWAY!!! They are not professional , they just send bill for money, they did nothing for us, they are scam , we paid almost more than $10,000, but got nothing back. They never told us our case still active or closed either by mail (email) or phone. we regret to choose MDK Law in Bellevue. We wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone else.

TRASH COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!! After initial consultation everything looked great and I was ready to move forward. They said they would reach out with engagement letter. Took them three weeks to get back to me so I decided to read the reviews and man I was wrong. Apparently they work like a turtle very slow with nothing to show for. Just a BIG SCAM. After hearing from them 3 weeks later I told them I am not moving forward. Now 6 months after that email they send me an invoice for the consultation for $330 and expect me to pay even through they did not disclose the cost of the consultation or make it clear that there was a fee even. Won’t be paying it of course. If it takes them weeks to send a engagement letter for a customer moving forward imagine what it would look like them doing any work for you.

I hired this firm to complete a medical practice acquisition contract. I had a Zoom meeting with the primary lawyer in late June 2023. He expressed to me they are well experienced in Medical law and could complete this contract in 3-4 weeks. As weeks went by, my business partner, the selling party, along with their respective lawyers, were getting very frustrated with the lack of communication from MDK law and the slow progress of the contract. The other parties repeatedly stated their lawyers had expressed to them this was a "boiler plate" contract and shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks. Remember they quoted me 3-4 weeks to complete the contract in late June 2023 and per their own billing statement, the first time they contacted the other party's lawyer was on 08/09/23. I would email them with questions, ask for updates and my emails would be ignored. Two weeks later they would send me an email, clearly having not read my emails, as my questions would remain unanswered. I paid the first bill in the amount of $1,665. This acquisition contract was holding up all other aspects of the new practice we were building including our credentialing, lease agreement and banking. I kept asking for updates and again incomplete replies 2 weeks later. They filed PLLC paperwork with WA state 2 months after I hired them, 4 weeks after the quoted timeline of completion of the contract, and they spelled my partner's name wrong on the official paperwork. I was charged $1,195 for that filing. Finally the selling party and their lawyer were very frustrated and contacted me on Sept 1st and gave us a deadline of Sept 8th to complete the purchasing agreement. I immediately emailed MDK Law and expressed the urgency of the matter and even called and spoke to their paralegal on the next business day. Afternoon of Sept 8th, they sent me an incomplete rough draft. It was too late to complete the transaction by end of business day on Sept 8th. They sent me an additional bill of $4,471. I emailed them expressing my frustration with their poor/delayed communication, our contract falling through and their overall unprofessionalism. They took no responsibility for missing their own deadline by 6+ weeks, accused me of inaccuracies, said I was the reason the contract fell through and threated me by letting me know they will send me to collections if I don't pay the remainder of the bill. I have paid the final bill for a total of $6,136. For that I got an incorrectly filed PLLC with WA state, no purchasing agreement, poor communication and unprofessionalism. Lastly our main competitor, who is also a client of theirs, reached out to the selling party in the middle of this transaction. The selling party of course was not happy about this. Save yourself the time, headache and money; find an alternative law firm that values their clients, their time, business and money; and not just their billing.
Mark Kimball and Dennis Kasimov are great attorneys! They represented me in both mediation and arbitration in a business dispute with my partner.
They not only helped me win, we were awarded 80% of the fees, as well.
They were professional, smart and a pleasure to work with. They were able to help me get the best possible outcome for my CPA firm.
I cannot recommend MDK Law enough.

MDK Law successfully resolved a dispute arising from a fraudulent residential real estate transaction. Mark Kimball and Dennis Kasimov provided excellent counsel and advocated well on our behalf. They were absolutely professional in their dealings with my wife and I, earning our confidence and respect. We recommend MDK Law without qualification.

I reached out to James Ware reguarding an issue with a contractor. He was straight forward with me and looked at the contract, and directed me to an attorney that specializes in the issue I was having. Very professional.
