One of the oldest and most respected Tucson Law Firms. My first call for any legal or contract advice.

I’m extremely sorry that Pima County Bar Association referred me to Douglas Clark. I contacted him immediately after being referred, but received no reply, and had to call four more times. Eight days later, he finally returned my call, but he clearly had no interest in hearing my case and didn’t even try to pretend otherwise. He was walking around doing other things while putting me on speakerphone, and answered my questions with useless words like, “I don’t… don’t know… what?”, “I don’t know what you’re gonna do,” “I don’t know either,” and “Yeah, could be.” Definitely the worst and most disrespectful attorney I have ever talked to.

Shame on this law firm and Robert Way. I had a cardiac arrest with a 4% chance of surviving which I did. Came home and fell and broke my left hip and shoulder. Had a lot of problems with speech and communicating and this firm decided to dump me as their client. I will never ever trust another law firm or attorney again!

We've required the services of the lawyers here for almost ten years. Without exception, every one we have interacted with are personable, kind, attentive and very professional. This is not a discount legal office, but there is value in the somewhat higher fees MCR charges, which shows in the final results. We have never been unhappy.

While I was unable to retain Mr. Rothschild or the firm as a whole, he gave extremely valuable information and Insight on what I need to look for regarding my case and at least a good direction to take. The Firm's Receptionist is also very carring and very understanding too! I 100% reccomend Mr Rothschild based on my own interactions as, along with his utmost professionalism and willingness take the time put of his day to give me much needed input, as he is one of the first attorney's in AZ, to actually listen to my situation and explain to me what my potential options are, even if I wouldn't be able to retain them due to the odd and specific legal nature of my case(s). Highly recommend!

No return call

Mr Cope wanted 40% of my backpay I was needing help getting and he knew my employer's councel as well. I knew he wasnt going be on my side and was going to take advantage of me. Edit: there was no contigent fee. You felt there was nothing to gain but you still wanted to go ahead with 1500 along with 40% of my backpay. People, keep away from Mr Cope.

They didn't even answer my very first phone call. What kind of legal representation is that?
