The staff at Metler Law far exceeded my expectations. Several times throughout the process they called and texted to check my progress and see how I was feeling. They were very open and communicated clearly. I would definitely recommend them!

I’m a big fan of Brad and Kourtney. My family had been in a car accident and I didn’t know any of the legal lingo and what to expect and Kourtney was always keeping me updated on things and explained things I didn’t understand. Brad did as well. I felt like they were always looking out for my best interest which isn’t common now a days it feels like. I recommend these guys big time!!

I spent over four years with Jeff handling my case and ended up with zero results. I eventually switched to another law firm, and they settled my case in just three months, for significantly more money than Jeff ever said was possible. During those four years, I found myself doing most of the legwork, making calls, picking up and dropping off paperwork and got nothing to show for it except wasted time and lost money. I’m very disappointed that he still took payment from me and given the poor outcome. Be warned to expect long delays, minimal progress, and to do most of the work yourself.

I want to share my experience with anyone who is considering this firm. I was in and auto accident with my mother and children in the car. A friend of mine recommended Metler Law and I'm so happy that he did. They came to me for our first meeting and my case was assigned to Hope Johnson. She was awesome to work with! This firm is honest and upfront. Hope was responsive with communication and she worked her tail off to get me the best and most fair settlement possible. I sensed to dishonest from start to finish. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. If you're looking for a great injury settlement attorney I'd call them right now!

After an auto accident, I was told to hire a lawyer by 3 medical professionals. After doing everything I have been told to do, Metlers office can only get me policy limits. I would have gotten those any way without their fees. In trying to understand why I cannot get ongoing medical paid or be reimbursed for lost wages, the attorney said he had another call and hung up on me.

They made everything so easy, and they were always very easy to get ahold of.

My husband was recently in an auto accident and I immediately knew I wanted to work with Metlers’ office. I previously worked at a chiropractic office that worked with auto related accidents all the time and we would see many patients with many different personal injury attorneys and by far metlers office was the nicest, genuine and most understanding office I’d seen in over 4 years working there. They were not only respectful (but persistent if they needed to be) to the offices they work with but genuine to the patients as well. My husband had many questions throughout the process and Brad, Monica, and Courtney were always so understanding to speak with him. We are grateful we got a larger settlement then we were expecting but also that we were able to close the case and Brad was able work with insurance quickly after my husbands treatment stopped in order to get our settlement back quickly because we had tapped into our savings to pay for medical bills. All in all can’t recommend this office enough!

Highly recommend. From the beginning they were very detail oriented and communicative. They set reasonable expectations throughout the whole process and were prompt to respond to any questions I had. They turned a very stressful situation into something manageable.

I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer. My case was dragged out unnecessarily, and I later found out I may have had a viable medical malpractice claim. But by the time someone else pointed it out, it was too close to the statute of limitations for anyone to take it. That should’ve been caught early on if someone had really been paying attention.I was also given medical advice, which no attorney should be doing—that’s not their job. They’re supposed to interpret medical records legally, not act like doctors. My parents also used him for a car accident case (against my advice); he didn’t fight for them at all, if my dad wasn’t so insistent they would’ve only had enough to pay the bills/fees. It really felt like our cases just weren’t worth his effort.

I have nothing but positive things to say. The entire experience was easy and they handled everything for me. They communicated along the way. Karla was wonderful to work with, she always kept in touch with me about what was going on and answered any questions that I have. They really helped me to make some good come out of this experience.
