I just had a couple of questions pertaining to contractual things. The receptionist put me right through to attorney Jeff Davis. He answered my questions very thoroughly and thoughtfully. I tried to pay him and he would not accept my money! Hands down great firm!!

Not only do they do a magnificent job with my LLC filings and refilling, but they do it with a very human touch. I highly recommend choosing Meyer Capel for all of your legal needs.
I can't recommend Forrest Heyman enough. He helped our family navigate the estate process efficiently, always with kindness and compassion. He and his team are knowledgeable and diligent — simply excellent at what they do.

I normally don't this but this lady was out of line and pure rude. I called and barely got a sentence out, and she immediately cut me off and threw out another attorney’s name and number and rudely got off the phone. It's too bad she didn't know who she was on the phone with. I was also looking for some other business too but hey I will gladly give another office my money. If you make it past the initial phone call best of luck. Because if she is a reflection of that office, I think I dodged a bullet. Good day!

I've had a few experiences with them, both good and bad. We used Jenny Park for selling our home and that was great. No issues at all. When we bought a new house, the sellers also used Meyer Capel. My name was spelled incorrectly, which happens. I had to bring in the old documents to the building for them to correct the mistake. When I did this I went into the marked "Meyer Capel" building at 306 Church instead of the unmarked building and was promptly scolded like a child by a rude and disrespectful woman. I'd rather walk a mile over rogue Lego pieces than ever be in that woman's presence again. My toddler has better social skills than she appeared to have.
Edit: it took 2 years, but my name was finally corrected on their paperwork.

Beyond pleased with my experience at Meyer Capel. Lauren and her assistant William were beyond knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend Lauren and Meyer Capel for any litigation needs small or large.
Their litigators are useless. As previously noted they seem to work for the opposing counsel. There is one particular middle aged woman, who is known as their "bulldog" who should be avoided at all costs: all bark and no bite.

I am so glad that my friend went for Meyer Caper. Lawyer Matthew Lee has solved the case as if it were his own and I couldn't be more grateful. He's done a commendable job.

Forrest Heyman's services exceeded our expectations. We would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone. He was professional and returned calls or emails within a very short time every time (even on weekends). He took time to explain things to us and made the process very easy.

I just had a couple of questions pertaining to contractual things. The receptionist put me right through to attorney Jeff Davis. He answered my questions very thoroughly and thoughtfully. I tried to pay him and he would not accept my money! Hands down great firm!!
I sold my home in December 2025, and Jenny Park served as my real estate attorney. She was recommended by my agent, and I accepted the referral without interviewing her first. If I had spoken with her beforehand, I would not have chosen to work with her.
To be fair, she did keep the timeline on track. However, her attitude and professionalism were extremely disappointing.
1. Rudeness during closing
When I asked questions about the documents I was signing, the first response I received was a loud, frustrated sigh. My wife witnessed it as well. Moments later, she raised her voice at me as if I couldn’t hear or understand her. My hearing is perfectly fine. As a client, I expect clear explanations of the documents I’m signing—especially from the attorney I hired. Instead, I felt dismissed and talked down to.
2. Careless mistakes in my documents
I found multiple errors in my personal information across different documents, including a phone number I’ve never had and an address where I’ve never lived. These mistakes seriously damaged my trust in the accuracy of her work.
3. Lack of transparency about fees
Be prepared for unexpected legal fees. She never explained or disclosed any of the costs ahead of time. I ended up paying over $2,000 in attorney fees at closing. If you have questions, you’ll need to research them yourself because you won’t get proactive guidance from her.
Overall
She completes the work on time, but her rudeness, lack of communication, and careless errors in official documents make her very difficult to recommend. I would not work with her again.
Not only do they do a magnificent job with my LLC filings and refilling, but they do it with a very human touch. I highly recommend choosing Meyer Capel for all of your legal needs.
