I called them gave them my info and details about my 2A rights that were violated by California. Detective Farmer from Fountain Valley P.D. enforced penal code 29805 which is an unlawful law it's unconstitutional. Michel and associates never called me back to tell me yes or no they can help. I'm assuming they're in it to make money and not help us little people

The team at Michel & Associates did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. Through the process, I was kept informed of all that was ahead, if I did not understand it, they explained it again, this is a huge "feature" for those of us not familiar with firearm laws. They stayed with me until all the issues were solved. All aspects were handled quickly and professionally. Truly experts in firearm law. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm for your legal needs. Big thanks to Matthew, Irma, Frank and Sarah for dealing with all my uncertainties.

I wan to start this review by saying that I respect and am thankful for all the work Chuck Michel and the CRPA have done for californias. This review reflects my limited experience with his firm. I contacted the firm hoping that they could help me with a time-sensitive issue regards my firearms rights. I had the poor timing of calling them right after a major lawsuit was filed, and I received no follow up. I called again several days later and politely asked for another follow up only to be blown off again. Normally this wouuldnt be a big deal, but I wasted 15 out of my allotted 30 days waiting for a reply that never came. I believe at a minimum I should have received a phone call in response, even if they couldnt take my case. That being said, the receptionist was nice and helpful, which is why the rating is 2 stars instead of one. Anyone looking for a second amendment law attorney who is on a time constraint, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Had a firearm question and contacted several law firms speaking primarily with office personnel who took the nature of my call and contact information. For the record, I never received a return call. It was as if my matter was of no concern or did not meet their criteria. I contacted Michel & Associates and spoke with Irma Galeano, administrative assistant who put me in contact with Matthew Cuberio, attorney. He listened to me, provided advice, exhibited the highest level of professionalism, did not charge for the consultation, and sent me the form I needed. I received top-notch service and follow-up. You can tell when someone wants to help and that is why Michel & Associates should be your first choice. Why? This law firm genuinely cares about clients' and I highly recommend!

I thought you might like to see the kind of responses there staff give potential new customers. They were not informative in any way as far as whether or not they focused on federal or state cases primarily or their expertise. They followed up with an email as you can see that said feel free to send everything out and will let you know how much we’re going to charge you to look at your case? After having reached out and met with a number of different legal companies, this is definitely one you want to consider staying away from. The interaction when I called in was unprofessional at best. I was unsure if I was going to share the case details with the person who answered the phone or wait to be transferred to a lawyer or if they prefer email and all I can say was I could tell immediately this was not a firm I was going to be working with and their email confirmed this.

All you have to say is you don’t want the case, there’s no reason to be rude.

Don't waste your time...the, "Attorney" didn't even bother to look through the records he requested...there are many other legit firms out there...

Alejandra Aguilar is rude and hung on me . Asked a simple question about my case and was told if you want to spend 300 dollar we can talk to you rude receptionist
