John Middleton knows this individual... I know of a Military Veteran who was arrested in 2006 for interference with child custody and was put in the Llano County Jail for 180 days. He literally seized his daughter and refused to return her back to her mother as decreed by the court. That's pretty audacious. After 6 months, it was determined that the actions by the Dad were justifiable. He was then extradited from Texas back to Florida for violation of parole for his arrest of interference with child custody. This guy was on parole as a violent convicted felon as an accessory with 3 others involved in the shooting of a person. According to Parole Commission mitigating Factors in his case, it found mitigating circumstances that he did in fact plead for the victim's Life. Why the Court did not choose to consider that fact is unknown. It was at a time when the State of Florida (1970's) began to Industrialize its prison system and were going after as many convictions as possible. After a review by a Florida parole examiner with the parole commission, the parole examiner found him not guilty for the parole violation of interference with child custody, and recommended to the parole commission that his parole be reinstated without further delay for the sake of his Daughter. January 2007, he was then released back on parole and after 7 months, the state of Texas gave him lawful custody of his then 6 year old daughter without regards to geographic location. How is that possible? How... is... that... possible??? He's a violent convicted felon at least that's how he's labeled on paper. You just don't give custody of a little girl to a convicted violent felon on parole. That's entirely against everything the judicial system strives for. He was the only violent convicted felon on parole in the State of Florida to ever have custody of a child especially a little girl. The only logical conclusion that it was even possible, is that God arranged that himself... That's how that was possible. There's something more to this story and this guy than what meets the eye. A possible good guy being labeled as a bad guy? Why? John will not help this guy to have his firearm rights restored. All of his other rights have been restored. He's been discharged from parole for 10 years.
