Do Not Hire this attorney. Read carefully the negative reviews. He will take your money and if the judge is his buddy will do whatever the judge tells him to do on your case even if it means "throwing" your case just like others have commented. He told me what he would do in court and then did not do it. Then he met with the judge in chambers and refused to present my case. He refused to continue representing me and then demanded more money.

I hired miles Murphy to take 2 cases paid $4000 upfront. Miles explained how valuable of an attorney he is I accepted him as my attorney worst mistake I made. My first case we had an issue when he spoke with judge he came back said I did not tell him I had a small incident when I was 18 which I did tell him all of my records and that was 15 years ago has nothing to do with this case. So that case was lost because he did not properly respond to judge. When miles Murphy and I spoke to judge for sentencing the judge looked at me and said I will not take your plea as guilty miles Murphy said to plea guilty as if he did not want prove my innocence. So this case was a fail for miles Murphy and I did not know how to afford another lawyer so I had to keep him. Second case was a custody battle and we discussed that I just want it to be a fair case for me and we agreed on some custody rights and foc is supposed to be his stronger skill. So case was in front of judge and because my plea from first case judge did not give me a chance to speak and did not give me any rights. I hired my miles Murphy to defend me and both cases was not even close to what he said he could do basically miles Murphy took my money and when both cases was done said you can hire a different attorney and I said I paid you not another attorney then he said I’m not gonna be your attorney no more. I got taken for $4000 and it was a nightmare stay away from miles Murphy he will tell you what you want to hear but my experience was he was the worst lawyer I could have I lost everything. I’m hiring a new lawyer and this person is truly confident they can win for a cheaper price.

Miles represents my ex wife he demanded more appraisals on mutiple property we owed neting me 50 k more than I was asking for in the settlement I would give mile 100 stars review if I could. Thank you miles
