Worse lawfirm in Rogers. Hands down I couldn't recommend anyone to contract with these people. Totally unehtical. . .and not willing to represent a client but instead to make sure they aren't politically liable. Go away. Go far away.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the quality of legal representation I received from you. I entrusted you with an important matter, expecting a reasonable level of preparation, professionalism, and advocacy. Unfortunately, that expectation was repeatedly unmet. Throughout the course of your representation, you consistently arrived at court unprepared. Rather than providing insight or a strategy, you often dismissed serious concerns with phrases like, “It is what it is,” which not only undermined my confidence but conveyed a lack of commitment to my case. I went out of my way to send you relevant materials and documents to aid in my defense—information that could have significantly influenced the outcome had it been properly reviewed and applied. Yet, at each court appearance, it became clear that you had either not reviewed the information or chose to disregard it altogether. Rather than advocating on my behalf, your approach was to shift responsibility to the prosecution, as if your role was passive rather than proactive. At no point did I feel you were invested in my best interest or the outcome of my case. I am sharing this not out of hostility, but because clients deserve legal counsel who will show up prepared, fight when needed, and treat each case with the seriousness it deserves. Regrettably, my experience with you reflected none of these qualities.

Highly recommend this firm. I hired Jenna Fogleman to navigate a probate case on my mother’s estate. My mom’s previous attorney had made a mistake which required one Arkansas property to go through probate before it could be sold . It was a complicated mess but Jenna and her assistant Anna Brown were so wonderful to work with and they got everything resolved . You can trust this firm!

I regret to say that my experience with this law firm, particularly attorney Kate Hill, was incredibly disappointing. I scheduled a $200 consultation appointment with Kate after her assistant assured me that there were no conflicts of interest that would prevent her from representing me. However, after Kate spoke with my ex-wife's attorney, who happened to be my opposition, she suddenly claimed that a conflict existed, rendering her unable to represent me in any future matters. It is deeply concerning that Kate's decision seemed to be influenced by conversations with the opposing party's attorney. This indicates a lack of integrity and independence on her part, which are essential qualities for any lawyer. A lawyer's primary duty should be to advocate for their client's best interests, not to bow to pressure from the other side. Overall, my experience with this law firm, particularly with attorney Kate Hill, has left me questioning their professionalism and commitment to their clients. I would caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, as their actions suggest a weak and easily swayed legal representation.

Worked with attorney Alicia Lewis. She was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend her.

I recently had some business collections issues that required getting an attorney involved. I personally don't like having to deal with attorneys so I was dreading it. I was fortunate to be referred to Alicia Canfield and could not have been more pleased. She was very easy to work with and the situation was handled quickly. I no longer dread dealing with an attorney.

If you are needing legal representation I highly recommend Alicia Canfield. She not only took on my case, she handed me her personal cell phone number and reassured me she had my back. Every step of the way she kept me informed. I never stepped foot in a court house and case was dismissed. She worked with me on payments, and she IS my Attorney now. I will use no one else. If you are scared, she will guide you, she means business and business is taken care with her Book closed.

Alicia has been proactive and efficient for our case. She is a very smart and determined woman that will get the job done!
