The worth company needs to be granted and pay for the service they was done to me and my family!!! Spent 30K$ for this firm and they last my case of 2000000$ civil case !!! Easy money for Armstrong Graham and his chief Dave Low who never cared about the client just charged money for nothing!!! The know the misted the case for neglect and nobody did not pay attention like it supposed to be!!!! I am looking for people who deserve the compensation because they lost the cases for not properly doing their job!!!
Very unprofessional team who didn’t help me regarding my case , they actually lost more then I started with Armstrong Graham who was the my attorney in my case. The neglect for clients and not responsible with me , not returning calls , not have any strategy, Just replying with emails to opposite side and didn’t fight for the client!!! I very disappointed and never recommend to go with this firm. The chief Dave Low , don’t work out to help me and not agree with the neglect of his attorney!!!!! I lost my case because they didn’t perform any good work for any step of my case!!!!!!! Eugene Lomakin
I have used David Law, Kevin, Eric, Brittney, and David Merretta for a decade for numerous topics ranging from business and personal.
They have always given solid counsel on topics from A to Z.
Thank you!

Dave Law and the team at Miller & Law PC have represented my companies and me on multiple occasions, each time with exceptional professionalism, calm confidence, and deep legal insight. Their guidance is steady, their knowledge profound, and their commitment to their clients unwavering. In a profession where trust matters most, Dave and his team stand out as a rare breed of honest attorneys who genuinely put their clients first and deliver when it matters.
Armstrong and Kathy have stuck up for a slumlord who I have provided tons of proof. Today they were supposed to resolve the issue between my old landlord James O'Hara Denny who's property was condemned due to meth contamination.
I provided everything they needed and more to resolve the case. I have hired my own legal counsel today to get the help for this horrible situation I went through with their client. Although Armstrong did admit that I have a high chance to win the case due to all of the documentation and pictures that I have. He is still choosing to not uphold the law. I'll make another update review after I win the court case.
I really wish Armstrong was an honest attorney because he seemed like he was going to do the right thing to fold at the last minute. I gave every option to handle this situation at a decent amount and time. They pushed past the 60 day Mark and now are trying to blame me for the previous tenant or James's meth use. In court I will prove beyond A reasonable doubt that James and Miller law PC are scammers!
The attorney was very nice, and communication was good at times. We felt like too much time was spent on rapport and not enough time getting our problem solved. We ended up just moving on without getting our issue resolved. Money I wish I had back.
Don't hire these attorneys while, the people work there they know what's someone is going threw and had even said it over the phone, the truth and these people charges way too much for a case to get their belongings back, they send the agreement, still they decide not to do their jobs, while I was trying to talk to them they are NOT ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIBLE TO CALL BACK WHEN SOMEONE LEAVES THEM A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE!
I have to say that I am disappointed with our experience with Kevin at Miller and Law. I can not recommend them, which is quite unfortunate because we have worked with them before.
If you are in a state of bereavement and are wanting to hire them to make any kind of process that might be emotional, easier, I would not recommend their service. I really don’t see the point in hiring someone that you have to micromanage.
I spoke to Kevin in 2024 considering his help with handing the probate process for our parents estate and asked him what to expect for the cost. Kevin told me that the average cost for an estate probate is $1k - $3k. $3k being on the higher end if there were complications that required more of his time, like having to deal with creditors and hospital bills. That made sense and sounded reasonable I knew that our case would not have those issues.
We put down a $2500 retainer. After we had paid about $6k in bills. I spent hours looking through the invoices we had. It took literally hours to look through them and trying to make sense of them. All of the invoices had different invoice numbers on them. I had to create my own system to try to make sense of it all. I reached out to the billing department and asked them to confirm the total amount that we had paid. At that time I was under the assumption that surely the retainer had not been applied and we would be getting a check for the retainer back, and it was not clear on the invoices. I asked for clarification on the retainer. The billing department did not provide an accurate total. I brought this to their attention and never received a response.
Even with getting the retainer back the amount was on the higher side of what Kevin and I had discussed, over $3k, and it was such a simple case, at that time, I was thankful to not have had to deal with the process as we were dealing with a lot of grief and other emotionally heavy work.
After reaching out and being informed that the retainer had been applied and we indeed had paid $6k. Kevin offered to waive a $267 bill which I was guessing and hoping was our “final bill”. $267.00 is really nothing compared to paying $3k more than expected. Kevin explained and apologized, that they have had many complaints about their invoices, that they need a new system and that the estate required more time thus being more than he thought.
I explained to Kevin respectfully, that these are the basics of running a small business. When you provide a quote to someone, you find that it’s going to be more, you should notify your client. Even if it’s a small amount, much less $3k. When you have a small business and someone is hiring you for your expertise. They are doing so because they don’t know your job as well as you do. Therefore your clients should be provided with proper information and updates. Our experience was the bare minimum and it seems obvious to us now, that it was done so purposefully, so that we could get billed for more hours, making it more “complicated”.
It’s been three weeks now since I re-voiced these concerns and frustrations and I made it clear that we are still not sure if the process is finalized. Kevin has not taken the time to respond. I think he is hoping that we will just give up and go away because we have been through so much with our bereavement.
We respect his time and profession. We are reasonable and honest people. We would have like to have felt much more informed.
We would not want anyone else who is bereaved to go through the experience of hiring them thinking that it’s going to make part of their loss easier to only come away feeling more confused, frustrated, and swindled.
I recently worked with David Law with Miller & Law, P.C. and I highly recommend him. He was attentive, communicative and skillfully handled my case resulting in a positive outcome. I would highly recommend him and his firm.
I highly recommend David Law and Miller & Law P.C. David was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and strategic when it came to maneuvering my case. He was a pleasure to work with and helped me feel a lot more comfortable during the process. I am truly thankful to them for my outcome and the support I was given throughout my case, it was beyond amazing.
