Ben was awesome! I went in with my parents to get "will stuff" done. Ben was super easy to talk to and explained everything in a way that was easy for all of us to understand. He even offered advice on things we didn't even think of (and he didn't have to). He didn't recommend things that they didn't need, just to be able to charge more. That was refreshing! Ben took his time with us. We never felt rushed or like he was ready to move on to the next client. We all left completely happy with how the meeting went and with what my parents paid! I have recommended him to several friends and family. All of the staff are polite and professional!

In fact, as you can see on our website, all of our consultation-related language and links clearly use the phrase “Request a Consultation.”<br><br>For Family Law matters, we ask for a $100 retainer to reserve dedicated time with one of our attorneys. Our consultations typically last an hour or longer, and if you decide to move forward with our firm, that $100 is applied as a credit toward your case. In other words, your consultation ultimately comes at no cost once you become a client. The retainer simply ensures that we can balance affordable access to experienced legal counsel with the time commitments of our attorneys.<br><br>We take pride in being a small, local, family-owned law firm that values honesty and transparency in our communications. The statement you posted is inaccurate and does not reflect our policies or business practices.
