Lazy, made it clear from the beginning that all WE were doing was settling for a piddly amount of money. Always said yes to everything workers compensation wanted done. 3 surgeries, 9 days in the hospital, and 10 months out of work. And Mintz law pulled out from my case all because I wouldnt settle for a small check that they get a percentage of. Still with a bad leg pushing through the pain, tingling, and numbness everyday while still working. You get what you pay for and a "free" lawyer isn't the answere.

I got hit by a truck that pulled out and crossed into my laine while I was out test riding my motorcycle that I just got done rebuilding. I went to maneuver around the truck to avoid the accident and I would have had no problem doing so but the truck jerked back and smashed me head-on as if that was her intentions. this law firm reached out to me they even came to my neighborhood and met me at the donut joint. They had me sign some paperwork and told me I was in good hands and said I now had their protection. I tried and tried to contact them they failed to communicate professionally they wouldn't return my calls they wouldn't answer my calls and when I finally did get A hold of them they would say they would call me right back and never would it got pretty old and then my attorney withdrew from my case because he said I had communication problems. He said that the lady said the accident was my fault and that I came into her laine. I believe they just scammed me. They filed a claim for me and kept the money that should have replaced my motorcycle and paid for my hospital bills fraud Southern guy needs to loose his license for fraud. They thought that because both our insurance companies were with the same company that they would have no problem screwing me over he told me that he can't help me now that I gave my testimony to the insurance company without talking to him first I'm kinda in loss to a beautiful bike that I completely rebuilt from the ground up that the police took and won't give it back they charged me with no insurance even though the bike was in fact insured.

When I first got in touch with the company I knew I wanted them to represent me. You can tell they were concerned if I was OK. I decided to go with the company and glad I did Cheryl the paralegal was awesome I can't even express how good she is that lady went beyond to get in contact with the other company because they were being difficult. I recommend Mintz Law Firm I have no regrets and a big thank you to Cheryl for everything you did for me.

Frankly, other than the compensation to repair my vehicle I really didn't know what type of compensation could turn out from my car accident. Neither did I know I'd sustained pretty concerning injuries as the effects of such took several days to surface. Mr. Southern fought as hard as he possibly could for me. He and his staff were professional, responsive & on top of things during this entire case! In October 2019 I was rear ended at a stop light by a person who was texting and driving, causing me to hit the truck in front of me, a concussion and bulging disks in my neck. I contacted Mintz and after a brief meet with a paralegal I was assigned to Robin Scully. I was in injury rehab for about a month and a half, when I was hit head on by a drunk driver, again *while stopped at a red light*. It aggravated my injuries, and added injuries to my back. Robin took on the second accident as well. He navigated through the quagmire that resulted from both accidents so close together. He’s handled the rehab visits, and all of the medical visits, etc. He was responsive and available throughout the process. In the end, I got what I felt was a very fair and good settlement and I’m very happy with choosing Mintz.

Jason and Mallory were great to work with. Mallory handled my case and she was very responsive with questions that I had or when I was checking on progress of the case. She got a settlement that I was happy with in a short amount of time. They both calmed my nerves when it came to dealing with the situation since I was clueless. We got to the part where we were going to start accepting our settlement, and I guess the guy that was working on my case got fired or quit. When we get sent over to the new person to go over our case they completely dropped the ball and screwed over myself and my family and now we have to start from square one.

I was injured in a car accident in August of 2015. I first started in the firm with Eric and was handed over to Hugh O'Sullivan a while late. The firm gave Hugh all my information on me but Hugh had to start from square one with the case. Whatever he didn't have he always did his best when it came to getting all the details on the case. He was always quick and easy to get a response from. When my case took a turn and wasn't ending the way I thought it would Hugh still did his best to fight for me. I was hurt in a car accident a day before Thanksgiving, had to go to thehospital and all. I searched for a firm I THOUGHT would help. I was contacted by a Robert Doyal from here, and because they did not get an accident report, they wouldn't look into the accident further and dismissed me entirely. I never received a request for the report, nothing. They just couldn't be bothered to take the case because it wasn't "BIG" money, in my opinion.

Biggest mistake of my life was to hire this law firm. Lane is extremely lazy and expects you to do the foot work for him. He talked me into settling workers comp with the idea of getting PI going to put it off until the last minute then wants to withdrawal when it got a little tough for him. He doesn't return phones or emails with numerous paralegals jumping into the case with little guidance. I would hire ANY law firm but them. They look for a easy settlement. Again Lane is the worst attorney you can hire.

If I had the choice to select 0 stars I would. For my boyfriend's privacy, I won't name him. He was hit by a car walking to work. He chose mintz law firm and what a mistake that was. It's been a month and a half and they have done nothing for him. He hasn't been able to work and is facing homelessness. Mintz law firm never calls him to tell him anything. He always calls them and only gets to speak to the paralegal. They have told him that they are doing this or that but we find out that they haven't. They also say they can't do certain things when actually a good firm can. Judging from many of the reviews I have read, my boyfriend is not the only person who has received horrible service from mintz. Their website is a lie and complete false advertising. Shame on mintz law firm for making people think that you are going to bat for them when you're actually just sitting in the stands watching the game.

These folks are putting in work for my accident

Lawyer was difficult to work with and kept promising much higher payouts than we got. He spoke without all the necessary info and communicated very poorly. Our final settlement was nearly half of what he said it would be. However, when everything was settled, the owner of law firm reached out and listened to all of our concerns. He took my concerns seriously and helped mitigate the issues. I wished I had spoken with him earlier during the suite to rectify things before settlement. While my experience with my lawyer was poor, Mintz Law Firm went out of their way to make things right in the end.

I hate this place . Totally screwed me out if my final payment on a settlement that they strung out over several years. Come to find out they closed my case a year before i had found about it and there was nothing I could do and on too of it all my attorney tim edstrom no longer worked for the firm. Nobody bothered to even tell me anything about it. When I asked about why and how this could happen they told me they couldn't answer my questions because they were no longer representing me

Chris Alger was great no complaints

Scam. Tried to "demand a settlement" from my husband for something he had no involvement in. We tried calling them and emailing them multiple times, left a lot of messages but never received a call back. We ended up reporting them to the authorities.

Great experience. Luke was my attorney and he kept me informed every step of the way. So glad I called them after my motorcycle accident!
